Requirements to join our team

Before we start, we want to thank you for wanting to be part of our team, this is an important work within the server despite being completely voluntary, therefore, we try to offer the best possible treatment to our staff and candidates, however, this is a position that gives some power over users and requires some responsibility, so we have some requirements.

Mandatory requirements

At Codersky we don't ask you to have any previous knowledge or experience as a staff, we use our own tools and automatic moderation systems that eliminate much of the heavy lifting you may have as a staff. You will receive training in our system, however, we do have other requirements:

• Being at least 16 years old, priority for those over 18.

• Having a legitimate copy of Minecraft (also known as a premium account).

• Not having any sanctions within Codersky.

• Have decent knowledge of our modalities, necessary to provide support.

• Have time available weekly for Codersky (absences can be requested).

• Good treatment of users, education, maturity and spelling.

Extras

Our ideal staff? These points are totally optional, but they add points up, although we will not give the exact criteria used to evaluate who becomes part of the staff.

• Speak and write fluently in both Spanish and English.

• Having a functional microphone, used for age verification and meetings.

• Being a veteran user on the server, well valued by the community.
